A two-truck lawn shop still loses a property between the last pass and the bill. This page is for that gap. We do not invent a “shops forget 12%” number. You type the percent.

What usually leaked

• The extra cut. A one-off or add-on that never made the book.
• The recurring stop. Weekly mows that got done and never billed because the page in the visor stopped.
• The season change. Cleanup or a first cut that sat in the truck and never became a ticket.

Percent of jobs you forget to invoice (0–100) Your number. This site does not guess a shop average. Weeks per year Defaults to 48. Edit if your season is shorter or longer.
